Australian Open

Does anyone think lil Lleyton will make it past Round 1 of the Open?  Will he be inside the top 50 by the end of the year?  Was Tony Roche only a good coach when he had a good player? Will Chris Guccione break anyone's serve other than his own?

Welll.... I know nothing about tennis, but I do think Lleyton is a bit of a pratt..

My interesting comment is that do you think with that blue court surface, wearing the same coloured blue clothes as he did the other day would make it harder to see you for the opposition? Is it as much 'cheating' as Sharapova's unearthly grunting as she hits the ball to mask the sound off the racquet?

He could go for the Funky Miller Federation Blue to blend in completely. As for Sharapova, how long does she take between points? She has a routine that takes as long as it used to take Grant Alford to calculate the Bowls ladder.

I want to know why Bernard Tomic's name hasn't been bandied around with gay abandon.

Yes, a good comment Snooker. Anyone who can be quoted as saying the following after a Qualifying Round 1 upset - “A bit of hope was lost, but I managed to stay focused and concentrate and… I knew if I tried my best anything could have happened at the time and I did.” does deserve some attention. Has he entered the doubles/boys event?

On another matter has anyone noticed the similarity between the surname of Lleyton's first (and only?) opponent and our very own team member - there but for the grace of a different letter here or there goes our very own rep in the Open!
